Job Responsibilities: Audit Planning – Develop annual and internal audit plans based on thorough risk assessment methodologies. Risk Management – Identify key operational, financial, and compliance risks while recommending effective mitigation measures. Compliance Framework – Design and oversee systems ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Supervision & Review – Review audit work performed by executives before finalizing reports. Advising Management – Present audit findings, compliance gaps, and risk analysis to senior management and the Board. Policy Development – Draft and update internal control policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards. Training & Awareness – Educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical practices. Regulatory Liaison – Communicate with regulators (e.g., Bangladesh Bank, NBR, BSEC) for compliance-related matters. Fraud Investigation Oversight – Lead or supervise investigations into fraud, corruption, or policy violations. Continuous Improvement – Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency within the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Management. CA CC holders preferred. Fresh graduates with CA CC are encouraged to apply. At least 1 year of experience in Internal Audit and Compliance roles. Proficient understanding of Accounts, Finance, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting Software. Additional Requirements: Age: 25 to 35 years Gender: Male Must be proactive, reliable, and able to handle pressure effectively.
