Job Overview: Join Interstoff Apparels Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Garments Finishing department. Oversee the Finishing Unit, making sure that shipment targets are met while maintaining the desired quality. Monitor the finishing processes to ensure on-time delivery. Work closely with the Production and Cutting teams to coordinate for timely shipments. Plan and assign orders, keeping track of hourly and daily targets. Continuously monitor quality and implement corrective plans as needed. Manage resources effectively on the finishing floor. Coordinate with teams and buyer representatives for inspections. Ensure adherence to the shipment plan and packing targets. Foster a disciplined work environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering & Production. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the Garments/Textile sector. Age: Candidates aged between 32 to 36 years are preferable. Gender: Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
