As an Assistant Manager, your core responsibilities will include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing technical support, including advice and design assistance for HVAC systems. Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations. Submitting accurate quotations and negotiating terms to close sales deals effectively. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends. Coordinating with project and service teams to ensure proper installation and maintain client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing reports for management review. To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering or Master's in Engineering (MEngg). At least 5 years of experience in related business areas, specifically in industrial machineries such as generators and diesel engines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Familiarity with project budgeting.
