Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in Land Documentation, including CS, RS, SA, City Survey, Mouja Map, and Mapping Processes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital drawing submissions and approval processes of Rajuk (including ECPs), NHA, and MOW.
- Skilled in liaising with government authorities to obtain NOCs/clearances from DESA, WASA, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Traffic Police, and City Corporation.
- Efficient coordination with utility service providers (City Corporation, WASA, Titas, DESCO, DPDC, BTCL, etc.) to ensure timely utility connections.
- Responsible for maintaining tax and rent-related documentation for all projects.
- Thorough verification and collection of all land-related documents for various projects.
- Representation in land-related case hearings on behalf of management.
- Capable of drafting and vetting legal documents including MOU, deeds, and DOA.
- Experienced in responding to official queries and observations from Rajuk, City Corporation, and other relevant authorities.
