Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality records using our HR software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative formalities for new sales team members.
  • Track and review Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) from the sales team.
  • Scrutinize, verify, and process travel and conveyance expense bills submitted by the sales team.
  • Follow up with sales personnel on task completion and reporting requirements.
  • Collect, consolidate, and process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
  • Maintain logs of goods and marketing materials taken from inventory.
  • Follow up with the sales team on outstanding payments and collections.
  • Prepare and circulate reports on sales performance, attendance, collections, and inventory movement.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and can manage our busy HR department effectively. This is a full-time position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.Your primary responsibilities will include:Monitoring and managing daily employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality records using our HR software.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Assisting with onboarding and administrative formalities for new sales team members.Tracking and reviewing Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) from the sales team to ensure compliance and productivity.Scrutinizing, verifying, and processing travel and conveyance expense bills submitted by the sales team.Following up with sales personnel on task completion and reporting requirements.Collecting, consolidating, and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.Maintaining logs of goods and marketing materials taken from inventory by each salesperson.Following up with the sales team on outstanding payments and due collections.Generating collection status reports for management.Preparing reports on sales performance, attendance, collections, and inventory movement.Serving as a liaison between the sales, accounting, and inventory departments.Job Requirements:Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master’s degree (MBA).4 to 8 years of experience in HR management or related fields, preferably within the trading or media sectors.Strong skills in employee management, financial reconciliation, and report generation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.If you are a motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity!Salary and Benefits: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
