Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end account management for Pico’s Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operations.
- Serve as the key liaison for strategic clients, ensuring effective delivery of managed security solutions.
- Monitor the performance of security systems, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
- Coordinate with internal security teams and external stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and threat mitigation.
- Supervise security operations center (SOC) activities, threat analysis, and incident response.
- Guide project implementations, new deployments, and upgrades for managed security platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, client reports, and SOPs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and suggest improvements for client security postures.
