Job Description

Here’s a detailed overview of what this job entails:Develop, implement, and monitor our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.Ensure compliance with product safety regulations including chemical safety and customer requirements.Review lab test reports, risk assessments, and product protocols rigorously.Conduct internal quality audits and CAPA to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to uphold product quality from development to shipment.Conduct training sessions on QMS and product safety for various teams.Liaise with external labs and certification bodies for testing and compliance documentation.Monitor KPIs related to quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare periodic reports on quality and compliance performance.Required Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in the garments industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.Familiarity with buyer handling and Total Quality Management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong ethical standards and a results-driven approach.The role is based in Narayanganj, and the work will primarily be conducted at the office.Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is Negotiable and comes with additional benefits including mobile bill coverage, insurance, gratuity, medical allowance, and a yearly salary review.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a recent photograph to HR, Admin & CSR Department at Epyllion Group's Corporate Office.
