Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems across all production units.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality policies.
- Supervise in-line, end-line, and final inspection activities to maintain consistent product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for quality issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC teams, supervisors, and operators.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and buyer visits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards.
- Familiarity with international buyer quality requirements & compliance protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QA reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
