Job Responsibilities
- Collect and process dealer orders, enter them in the system and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Use the R-Connect software for order entry, status updates and provide necessary system support to related teams (Sales, Dispatch, Accounts).
- Providing Retail Statement, Model wise report, COCO sales performance report region wise report.
- Increase sales share by calculation sales demand & present sales share as per sales reporting target.
- Act to achieve overall Sales target 2W of RAL with the co-operation of the under guidance of supervisor as per yearly target.
- Process various management approvals and other documents.
- Preparing all sales-related reports and discussing sales with supervisors.
- Monitor dealer-wise stock levels and coordinate for replenishment as needed.
- Support in route planning, beat optimization, and area coverage.
- Provide data support to management for market analysis and decision-making.

Job Overview: The Runner Group is seeking a talented and dedicated individual for the role of Assistant Manager/Senior Executive. This is a full-time position located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, requiring a mix of managerial and operational skills to facilitate the growth of our business. Responsibilities: Collect and process dealer orders, entering them into the system and coordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery. Utilize R-Connect software for order entry and status updates, providing necessary system support to related teams including Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts. Generate various reports such as Retail Statements, model-wise reports, and COCO sales performance reports. Calculating sales demand and presenting sales share in accordance with reporting targets to increase the overall sales share. Work towards achieving annual sales targets for two-wheelers in collaboration with supervisors. Process management approvals and documentation as required. Prepare all sales-related reports and engage in discussions about sales strategies with supervisors. Monitor dealer-wise stock levels and coordinate replenish needs. Assist with route planning and optimizing area coverage. Supply management with data for market analysis and informed decision-making. Required Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in fields such as Manufacturing, Automobile, or any Group of Companies. Skills in market analysis, conflict resolution, and process optimization will be a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
