As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of an exciting journey in the world of E-commerce. Objectives of this Role:Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for The Mall, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media efforts.Establish and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at distributing engaging content.Lead and manage a talented team of writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance our digital presence.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience.Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content efficiently.Create and manage content for various digital communication channels such as social media and email.Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends to implement insights into our digital marketing campaigns.Prepare detailed reports and analytics on the performance of multiple marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.Develop and monitor budgets for marketing campaigns.Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, implementing them where applicable in our marketing efforts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.Strong knowledge of E-commerce landscapes and best practices in social media marketing.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.In-depth understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, along with experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Proficiency in photo and video editing software is highly preferred.Analytical mindset with a passion for data measurement and campaign optimization.Additional Information:Age Requirement: 28 to 40 years, Male only.What We Offer:Competitive salary in the range of Tk. 30,000 - 40,000.Full-time position with opportunities for professional growth.A chance to make a significant impact in the E-commerce sector of Bangladesh.Apply now to be part of The Mall’s journey in transforming the shopping experience in Bangladesh!
