Job Responsibilities
- Manage and align timelines for development and bulk production.
- Oversee the procurement process for development and bulk production.
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute merchandising plans effectively.
- Understand and analyze buyer’s technical packs and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare bulk order sheets while ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Ensure all buyer approvals are secured within the designated timeframes.
- Assist production and quality departments with guidance and support.
- Maintain knowledge of fabrics and material consumption.
- Familiarize with testing procedures for components and garments.
- Ensure prompt communication with customers, responding to queries within 24 hours.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of buyer web portals, PLM, or B2B systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate energy and self-drive
