We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Officer to join our team at Mazen (BD) Industries Ltd., a leading optical manufacturer in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities: Conduct interviews and maintain the candidate database. Onboard new employees and schedule job interviews. Screen candidates over the phone and develop recruitment strategies. Prepare and post job advertisements online. Process background checks and review resumes. Deliver inductions and conduct reference checks. Assist with training and HR projects, along with managing the applicant tracking system. Analyze data to identify recruitment trends and ensure compliance with employment laws. Provide support in drafting hire offer letters and greet candidates during onsite interviews. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. General HR knowledge and operations. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to plan and organize effectively. Knowledge in Recruitment & Selection, and Training & Development. Qualifications: You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, along with a maximum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the Manufacturing (FMCG) sector.
