Job Responsibilities
- Drive retail marketing and sales of ISP products and services, including high-speed internet packages and business connectivity solutions.
- Establish new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement, sales visits, and strategic promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular client visits to build trust, strengthen relationships, and identify additional service needs.
- Liaise with existing clients to ensure continuous service satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' offerings, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Review and analyze sales performance and cost efficiency to identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong sales and marketing abilities, particularly in the ISP sector. Technical sales experience is a plus. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
