Nawar Properties Ltd., a renowned Real Estate Company located in Dhaka, is currently seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Assistant Site Engineer. As an Assistant Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and within the required timeline. Key Responsibilities Supervise the construction of assigned sites and maintain compliance with architectural designs and plans. Perform regular assessments to compare actual work done against planned timelines, adjusting actions as needed to keep project schedules on track. Manage a team of site supervisors, caretakers, laborers, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Coordinate with the head office regarding project implementation and reporting. Prepare comprehensive construction documentation including MPR and MRR reports. Conduct quality checks on received materials for construction. Lead construction tasks for various building projects including foundations, structures, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to project drawings. Possess the autonomy to independently manage project activities. Candidate Requirements Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the real estate or construction sector; preferred candidates will have worked with reputable real estate companies. Age: At least 22 years. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of construction materials. Gender: Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
