Job Description
Position Overview:Darussunnat Dinia Madrasah is seeking dedicated and qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Teacher specializing in Arabic, Bangla, English, and ICT. If you have a passion for teaching and a desire to inspire young minds, we invite you to apply for this fulfilling opportunity!Job Responsibilities:You will be required to stay on campus full-time to ensure students are kept under close supervision.Monitor students’ daily activities, including bathing, mealtime, mosque attendance, and sleep schedules.Lead prayers in the mosque five times a day while assisting students when they exit.Maintain a positive relationship with parents and guardians.Requirements:Education: Kamil (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Madrasah or University) in a relevant subject area, including Arabic, English, Bengali, or Communication Technology.Strong background in teaching and training methodologies.Experience in Arabic teaching is an added advantage.Skills Needed:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in educational technologies.Additional Job Requirements:Applicants must be at least 22 years old and male.Preference will be given to candidates above 35 years old.Practicing Muslims with a traditional appearance (e.g., beard, cap) will be prioritized.Work Environment:The position requires working on-site at Darussunnat Dinia Madrasah located in Cumilla (Chauddagram).Salary and Benefits:Monthly salary ranging from Tk. 15,000 to Tk. 17,500, commensurate with experience.Bonus during Eid celebrations.Two days off per month.Complimentary accommodation and meals.Provident fund available for all employees.Free basic medical assistance.Application Process:If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please send your CV to darussunnatzamia2028@gmail.com.
