Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher for both Bangla Medium and English Version junior and senior sections at South Point School & College. With a commitment to foster learning through engaging and creative methodologies, our ideal candidate will inspire students across various subjects.Job Responsibilities: Conduct classes and prepare syllabus, session plans, and lesson plans in accordance with National standards.Prepare question papers and marking schemes tailored to the curriculum.Create lecture materials and PowerPoint presentations that enhance learning.Evaluate and grade students' assignments and written works regularly.Implement effective classroom management practices to promote a conducive learning environment.Design strategies to encourage self-responsible and independent learning among students.Engage students in active, hands-on, and problem-based learning, while promoting research activities.Preferred Skills: Excellent classroom management skills.Capability in curriculum development.Strong knowledge in evaluation and assessment.Ability to plan engaging lesson plans.In-depth subject knowledge.Experience in teaching or training preferred.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's or Honors Degree.Master's Degree is a plus.Additional Requirements:Freshers are welcome to apply.Gentle demeanor and good behavior are expected.Location: Baridhara, Dhaka.Company Address: Plot: 251, Road: 11, Block: J, Baridhara, Dhaka - 1212.Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
