Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Kindergarten students as a Block Teacher, fostering learning through interactive activities and creative teaching methods
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives
- Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns

Al Ehsan Academy was established in 2025 as a unique educational institution that combines an English Version-based school with a Madrasa system, aiming to provide a well-rounded education rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic values. The academy follows the NCTB English Version curriculum, ensuring students receive a modern education aligned with national standards while being grounded in moral and spiritual development. Subjects currently taught include Bangla, English, math, science, ICT, social science, Islamic studies / moral education, and drawing.
