Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS).
- Supervise the implementation of programs aimed at women empowerment.
- Establish a Women Support Network in the camps.
- Raise awareness about gender-based violence within the community.
- Lead volunteers in safety audits and collaboration efforts.
- Support program activities according to timelines set forth in the project work plan.
- Collect, analyze, and report data regarding program activities.
- Ensure safe data management practices are followed.
Required Skills
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of cultural and societal pressures faced by women and girls.

ActionAid Bangladesh is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on this important role.
