Job Responsibilities
- Act to achieve yearly target under the guidance of the management.
- Prepare yearly service delivery plan incorporating service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective after-sales service for end users of tractors.
- Report latest information of the service section to the immediate supervisor.
- Design a Service Plan focusing on minimizing costs while maximizing facilities and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular service camps and organize FDFC (Field Diagnostic Follow-Up) and report to the supervisor within deadlines.
- Make customer visit tour plans as well as inspect mechanic activities, troubleshoot tractors, and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Develop plans to maximize personnel productivity and conduct quarterly performance appraisals.
- Deliver customer service that aligns with the commitments made by Karnaphuli Group.
