Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing manpower planning & advertisement for recruitment, sourcing manpower
  • Maintain HRIS, PDMS & data base in software (attendance, leave management, wages & salary preparation, patient schedule Management)
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll list
  • Assist in performance management system
  • Maintain personal file (prepare & update)
  • Maintain office equipment, arrange & prepare necessary papers
  • Preserve all CVs, application and relevant documents relating to recruitment
  • Take initiative to solve day-to-day HR related issues
  • Assist in the activities of HR Department
  • Assist Centre Manager for all kinds of day-to-day HR related activity
  • Maintain liaison with different departments for smooth functioning of the activities
  • Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

CRP, an esteemed organization located in Bangladesh, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant HR Officer to join our dedicated team. With a commitment to fostering a positive work environment and supporting our mission in the NGO and development sectors, this position offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.As an Assistant HR Officer at CRP, your main responsibilities will include:Assisting in preparing manpower planning and creating advertisements for recruitment.Sourcing and maintaining the HRIS, PDMS, and database software, which includes managing attendance, leave, wages, and salary preparation.Preparing monthly payroll lists efficiently.Supporting the performance management system.Maintaining personal files by preparing and updating them regularly.Managing office equipment and preparing necessary documentation.Preserving all CVs, applications, and relevant recruitment documents.Taking the initiative to resolve day-to-day HR-related issues.Supporting the HR Department in various activities.Assisting the Centre Manager with all HR-related activities.Maintaining liaison with different departments to ensure smooth operations.Completing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Minimum educational requirement: BBA with a major in HRM or Management from a reputable university. Additional training or qualifications will be a plus.At least 2 years of relevant experience in the NGO or Development Agency sectors.Age range: 25 to 35 years.Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.Benefits and remunerations include a competitive salary of Tk. 24,300 (Monthly), along with:Provident Fund and Gratuity.Festival Bonus: 2 per year.Yearly increments, along with free therapy services, consultancy with doctors, and pathology tests (subject to availability).This is a Full Time position based in Mirpur, Dhaka, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative office environment.
