Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee inventory management, tracking raw materials, and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Prepare and maintain VAT forms, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Calculate and deposit taxes, and maintain necessary documentation.
- Manage import documentation and processes, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and support audits as necessary.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance.
- Identify and recommend improvements in financial processes and ERP systems.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
