Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical systems).
- Ensure effective implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose faults, and execute corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory.
- Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets and plans.
- Lead and guide technicians/maintenance staff in executing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Allocate work and monitor performance of maintenance team members.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures during maintenance work.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance records, breakdown logs, and compliance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Support new equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Suggest and implement cost-saving measures in maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Store departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and hands-on experience with preventive/predictive maintenance techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and safety awareness. Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
