Job Responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted Sales, Letter of Credit (LC), and Payment Collections
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts with optimal product mix
- Maintain control over credit limits approved by management
- Shorten payment cycles from Order to Payment realization
- Ensure all customer accounts maintain a 'ZERO DISCREPANCY' status
- Negotiate effectively to secure profitable sales
- Enhance business retention and increase market share with existing customers
- Address customer grievances with skillful knowledge and techniques
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while safeguarding company interests
- Meet tight deadlines from order receipt to delivery and payment realization
- Promote company brands efficiently in the marketplace
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for customer issue resolution
- Visit 3 customers daily, spending optimal time in the market to secure budgets
- Prepare weekly market reports and monthly sales evaluations
