Job OverviewDivine Group Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Asst. Manager/Manager to oversee our Knit Dyeing Unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our dyeing processes and requires someone with a strong background in textile engineering, particularly in dyeing technology. Responsibilities: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of wet processing technology, especially in knit fabric dyeing. Expertise in color matching techniques. Conduct recipe formulation and process optimization for dyeing. Monitor daily production across all units. Resolve production-related issues as they arise. Maintain self-motivation and a proactive approach. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering from a reputable university. At least 6 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the textile industry, specifically in dyeing factories and group companies.
