Job Description
AZIM GROUP is seeking a dedicated and result-driven individual for the position of Asst. Manager (Quality - Finishing) in our esteemed Woven bottom RMG factory. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of product quality in our export-oriented production environment. The following highlights the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Develop and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure that all products meet customer requirements and technical compliance standards from fabric inspection through to packing. Coordinate effectively with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to achieve production targets while maintaining high product quality. Assist technicians in checking patterns/specifications and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring all decisions on quality adhere to company standards. Supervise sample handling and evaluation, providing production approvals by reviewing measurements, workmanship, fittings, and accessories. Monitor the performance of quality personnel by analyzing production data and statistical reports communicated across all departments. Identify training needs for quality personnel and deliver appropriate training programs. Conduct in-line inspections and follow up on pre-final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation relating to quality control, adhering to SOPs/KOGs for the quality department. Implement and enhance quality systems such as the 5S and TQM principles within the factory. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public/private university. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar managerial role in a 100% export-oriented woven garment industry. Strong command of MS Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
