Job Responsibilities
- Prepare structural working drawings as per specifications from the Structural Engineer.
- Develop plumbing and electrical drawings needed for construction.
- Create architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
- Produce preliminary presentation layouts or proposals based on guidelines from the Structural Engineer.
- Generate as-built drawings for completed projects.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for related design execution.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

We specialize in interior designing and manufacture a variety of products including GI, MS, SS pipes, and fittings. Job Responsibilities Prepare structural working drawings as per specifications from the Structural Engineer. Develop plumbing and electrical drawings needed for construction. Experience: At least 5 years in the relevant field, particularly in drafting (RCC & Steel) using AutoCAD and Revit. Age: Candidates aged between 25 to 32 years are preferred. Gender: Male/Female candidates are welcome. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Positive mentality, responsibility, and attitude in all aspects are essential. Knowledge of FAR calculation and RAJUK rules is an added advantage. Job Location This position is based at our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
