This role involves not just baking but also ensures that every aspect of our food and beverage operations meets the highest standards. About the Position: Manage and oversee overall FnB management including production, inventory, supply chain management, and ensuring health & hygiene standards are met. Coordinate the overall operations and supervise all kitchen staff. Maintain the quality and presentation of food items. Conduct on-the-job training for staff on food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures. Understand nutrition, food temperatures, and ingredient blending techniques. Shape and style breads and desserts while crafting various sauces and fillings. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead by example to motivate and manage kitchen staff. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Keep your own kitchen area clean and organized.
