About the Job: In your new role as a Bancassurance Officer (BO), you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our life insurance business. This role offers you the opportunity to independently acquire and develop new business under the guidance of the Area Manager or Head of Business. You will liaise with bank branch officials, helping to achieve their overall business goals and foster sector growth. Responsibilities: Engage with bank officials to promote and close leads for life insurance. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on First Year Premium (FYP). Ensure timely collection of renewal premiums from assigned banks or Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs). Maintain and nurture positive relationships with bank officials and customers. Deliver exceptional customer service and support promptly. Who We Are Looking For: Individuals aged 26 to 30 years. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Special preference will be given to those with experience in financial products sales. Team players with honesty, accountability, and strong work ethics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
