This role is pivotal in expanding our influence in the insurance sector, requiring both drive and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities: Independently procure and develop new business opportunities under the guidance of the Area Manager or Head of Business. Engage effectively with bank branch officials to achieve the business targets set for assigned branches. Convert leads from bank officials into successful Life Insurance policies. Meet monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on First Year Premium (FYP). Ensure timely collection of renewal premiums from partnered banks/NBFIs. Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with bank officials and customers. Provide consistent support and service to all stakeholders. Required Skills: Strong communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to teamwork. Willingness to travel as required. Experience: At most 1 year in sales of financial products preferred. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
