- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all training sessions.
- Develop lesson plans and conduct practical assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation, and customer service. Excellent communication and training skills, capable of engaging students effectively. Creativity in developing innovative recipes and presentation styles. Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field. NSDA Certified Assessor status preferred. Minimum Commis-1 level or equivalent barista experience. 2–3 years of practical experience as a barista or trainer.
