Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee store operations including sales, staff scheduling, stock management, and compliance with brand standards.
- Provide expert knowledge on personal care, beauty, and wellness products to guide customer choices and enhance sales.
- Ensure premium store presentation, merchandising standards, and brand-aligned visual displays.
- Track and analyze store performance metrics (sales, customer feedback, inventory levels) and take corrective actions where needed.
- Manage inventory flow, including ordering, replenishment, and minimizing stock loss.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
