Join the esteemed Basa Foundation as a Branch Manager for the Loan Program and take a pivotal role in enhancing the financial well-being of our community members. As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our initiatives to promote savings and increase internal fund mobilization, contributing to our mission of self-sufficiency.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the branch's net income growth and inspire members to save more.Ensure that all office orders and directives are followed accurately to maintain operational integrity.Verify loan statuses and ensure that ceiling increases for loans are appropriate.Before disbursing loans, conduct rigorous checks to ensure funds are allocated to the correct projects.Manage daily tasks including auditing registers, cash books, vouchers, and updating software postings.Implement necessary actions to increase the ratios of all branch components.Ensure 100% collection of installments from members.Manage and evaluate branch staff effectively.Contribute to planning and implement strategies that drive our mission forward.Verify collection sheets daily and ensure staff accountability.Requirements:Education: M.A/M.Com/M.Sc/M.S.S/MBA or Undergraduate with significant experience.Experience: 3 to 7 years in a relevant field.Age: At least 30 years.Gender: Male/Female.Job Nature: Full TimeLocation: Anywhere in BangladeshSalary: Tk. 31,000 (Monthly)Benefits:Partially subsidized lunch facilities.After successful completion of a 6-month probation, employment may be made permanent based on performance, with a structured pay scale and allowances including housing, medical, transport, and mobile benefits.Free single accommodation during employment.Performance bonuses based on achieving designated targets.Interested candidates should send a written application along with their CV, two references, recent passport-sized photographs, and certified photocopies of educational certificates, work experience, and national ID by September 28, 2025.
