Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch (customer reception, service handover, and delivery)
- Manage and supervise front-desk executives, technicians, and support staff to maintain top-class service standards
- Guide customers about iFixit services (iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch repairs) and ensure transparent communication
- Oversee device diagnosis, repair timeline, and quality control before customer delivery
- Maintain proper inventory of spare parts & accessories; report shortages in advance
- Monitor daily sales, service targets, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and provide effective solutions
- Ensure the branch follows iFixit-standard service protocols and brand guidelines
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, customer feedback, and service performance to the MIS
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run branch-level campaigns, offers, or promotions
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment

IFixit BD is seeking a talented Branch Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, located in the heart of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Your primary responsibilities will include: Overseeing customer reception, service handovers, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. Managing and supervising front-desk executives, technicians, and support staff to uphold outstanding customer service standards. Guiding customers in utilizing our wide range of iFixit services including iPhone, MacBook, iPad, and Apple Watch repairs. Maintaining quality control over device diagnosis and repair timelines prior to customer delivery. Conducting proper inventory management of spare parts and accessories, addressing shortages proactively. Monitoring daily sales and service targets, alongside customer satisfaction KPIs. Resolving customer escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving. Ensuring adherence to iFixit's service protocols and brand guidelines. Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports on sales, feedback, and service performance. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions. Creating a clean and inviting showroom environment for our customers. If you meet our requirements, you will need: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Management) or a Master’s Degree (MBA) in relevant fields. Experience: 2 to 4 years, specifically within a Retail Store or Shop/Showroom environment. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and client service skills along with strong negotiation and reporting abilities. Age: Between 25 to 40 years. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of TK. 25,000 - 35,000/month, commensurate with experience and skills.
