- Identify sales opportunities for Super Hostel.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations including front office and housekeeping.

As we aspire to establish 100 branches in Dhaka, we seek talented individuals who can innovate and lead.We are looking for a Female Branch Manager/ Branch In-Charge responsible for overseeing branch operations. Your role will include:Identifying sales opportunities and enhancing current service standards.Conducting market research and building relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue.Implementing training programs and managing staff to ensure operational efficiency.Supervising daily operations including front office management and customer service.Handling customer complaints and conflict resolution.Ensuring the branch maintains high standards of cleanliness and service.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a Diploma in Hotel Management.1 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably MS Excel.Leadership abilities and prior experience in software related to hospitality management.Fluency in English.Additional InformationAge range: 20 to 34 years. Female candidates only.
