Job Description
Sachetan Society, a prominent NGO, is on the lookout for a passionate Branch Manager to spearhead our microfinance programs in the districts of Rajshahi and Chapai Nawabganj. As part of our growth initiative funded by the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), we invite applications from interested candidates to fill the Branch Manager and Program Organizer positions. Below are the details of the job.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the branch ensuring compliance with organizational policies.Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve branch targets.Implement microfinance programs effectively in your assigned area.Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.Ensure the branch meets its financial and performance objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.At least 2 years of experience in the microcredit sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Requirements:Age limit: At most 32 years.Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.Job Benefits:Starting salary of BDT 21,000 per month during the probation period.Additional benefits will include accommodation in a dormitory, mobile allowances, daily stipends, and fuel expenses.After successful completion of the probation, salary will be in accordance with the organization’s pay scale with annual bonuses and applicable gratuity.If you are interested, please apply directly to:Administrative Officer, Sachetan Society, Sugandha H-245, Sopura, Biman Bandar Road, Rajshahi, 6203 before the deadline on September 30, 2025.
