Job Description

SLOPB Bangladesh, a private development organization founded in 1995, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our microfinance initiatives in the coastal regions of Bangladesh. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our operations, ensuring that we continue to empower families through financial services. As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising the branch operations to meet organizational goals. Implementing microfinance programs to support low-income clients. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Training and managing branch staff to achieve high performance. Conducting financial analysis and reporting to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Maintaining records and preparing reports for management. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. At least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the NGO sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Age must be at most 45 years. We offer a competitive salary of BDT 30,000 monthly, with additional benefits such as fuel allowances and opportunities for permanent employment under our HR policies.
