Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze branch performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Country Head to design and execute branch business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive student recruitment and outreach activities, ensuring strong pipelines and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with students, parents, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure superior client service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-first culture.
- Manage branch compliance with company policies and local regulations.
