Key Responsibilities As the Branch Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and service quality. Lead, motivate, and supervise the counseling and support team to achieve targets. Implement our organizational policies and best practices. Develop and manage recruitment strategies for Europe and the UK. Guide students on admission processes and visa procedures. Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutions. Explore new markets for student recruitment. Set and monitor sales targets while ensuring consistent performance. Maintain high compliance standards in application processing. Prepare and present performance reports to the head office. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of experience in branch operations. Experience in consulting firms, immigration, or education consultancy services. A strong background in business development and education counseling. Skills in student file processing and visa processing. Excellent communication and leadership skills. An understanding of the study abroad industry.
