This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our breeder farm, and successful candidates will play a vital part in driving our productivity and compliance standards. Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and monitor daily farm operations to achieve production targets.Maintain optimal environment for the flocks including temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply.Ensure proper handling of breeder flocks to maximize egg production, fertility, and hatchability.Enforce strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection schedules throughout the farm premises.Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and animal welfare standards.Manage feed, medicines, vaccines, and equipment usage, ensuring timely requisition and cost-efficiency.Implement effective waste management and environmental control within the farm.Supervise, train, and motivate farm staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry or DVM.Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in poultry farming, with at least 3 years in breeder farm operations.Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.Ability to enforce protocols strictly and efficiently.
