We are currently offering a Business Administrator position in which you will play a crucial role in keeping our administrative processes running smoothly. You will work closely with our management team to tackle operational tasks and ensure effective communication between our UK office and our global clients. Responsibilities: Ensure seamless administrative workflow by maintaining organized records and documentation. Assist in project management and operational tasks required for team success. Communicate effectively with management and external parties to address any concerns or queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Flexibly manage your time and workload according to business needs. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a preference for backgrounds in Financial Consultants and Advertising Technology (AdTech) startups. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated excellent written and spoken English language skills. Age: At least 18 years. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Stable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work. Flexibility to align working hours with BST/GMT.
