Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate business performance metrics, financial results, and key indicators to measure impact of initiatives.
- Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Design and implement workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment of operational processes with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support and lead enterprise-level projects, including digital transformation, product launches, and operational optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, Compliance) to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Drive change management initiatives and monitor adoption of new processes or systems.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, and senior management.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in data analysis and reporting.
