Job Responsibilities
- Overall client communication and conducting interviews, as well as leading design workshops.
- Prepare SRS/BRS PowerPoint presentations (User Journey) for clients to finalize business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document people, process, and platform requirements.
- Document and analyze program development, including logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Conduct acceptance testing in partnership with business users.
- Create user manuals detailing application installation and operating procedures.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure that the system solution is feasible and meets business/user needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions.
- Collaborate within a project team to deliver incremental business value following Agile methodologies.
- Identify conflicts in business requirements and escalate to the project manager to formulate a resolution plan.
- Support the prioritization of design requirements based on their impact on the organization.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it is available to stakeholders and knowledge is shared.
