Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document requirements, and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare professional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Request for Proposal (RFP), and tender documents.
- Work with databases and systems to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements align with system functionalities.
- Manage and prepare tender submissions for government and public sector projects.
- Develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Preparing professional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Request for Proposal (RFP), and project reports. Working with databases and systems to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights. Collaborating with technical teams to align business requirements with system functionalities. Managing and preparing tender submissions for government and public sector projects. Developing high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Conducting market and technology research to guide business strategy. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with databases, preferably SQL. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP will be advantageous. This position is a full-time role, with our office located in Dhaka.
