Job Responsibilities

Job Description

This role is vital in identifying opportunities and building solid client relationships in the thriving US market.Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in the US through online research, databases, and networking. Outreach to clients and communicate professionally to seal deals. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage prospects. Understand client needs and present relevant service solutions effectively. Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and follow-ups. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the US. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the US market. Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) with a 1-hour break.Salary: BDT 40,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience).How to Apply:Are you ready to help us grow?
