Job Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients through attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential clients' questions and follow-up inquiries; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborating with the operations team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Preparing business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-service support.
