Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take on crucial responsibilities that will shape the growth and success of our telecommunication business. Job Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, video making, and digital outreach. Handle all tasks related to the telecommunication business, ensuring proper management and overseeing junior executives' tasks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Work directly with directors providing inputs based on observations. Prepare and present effective business proposals and pitches. Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to ensure business goals align with technical solutions. Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to support decision-making processes. Monitor project progress to ensure all deliverables meet business objectives. Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for process optimization. Key Requirements: Education: Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Age: At least 22 years. Experience: At least 1 year in relevant fields like banks, telecommunication, advertising agencies, and BPOs. Candidates with fresh perspectives are encouraged to apply. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with business analysis tools is a plus. Strong communication skills in conversational English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
