Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and participate in tendering processes, ensuring compliance with all requirements of the tender and completing all formalities before deadlines.
  • Handle L/C (Letter of Credit) opening procedures and maintain documentation in coordination with banks and suppliers.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, C&F agents, and logistics agents to get the job done at competitive prices.
  • Manage license renewals and ensure all regulatory obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for clients as per company policies.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through professional email correspondence.
  • Operate and maintain records using accounting and business software such as ERP, Tally, or equivalent platforms.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth administrative and operational activities.
