Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory operations, including daily production, equipment maintenance, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure recipe standardization, quality consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Lead sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and seasonal offers.
- Explore B2B opportunities, corporate catering contracts, and partnership development.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to shape business decisions.
- Monitor outlet sales performance and coordinate with marketing teams for visibility and customer engagement.
- Supervise factory and field staff, ensuring attendance, discipline, training, and performance evaluation.
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, delivery efficiency, driver supervision, and fuel tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the factory and head office for planning, reporting, and strategy execution.
- Prepare detailed reports on factory performance, sales growth, marketing outcomes, fleet utilization, and employee KPIs.

Job Responsibilities: Manage complete factory operations, ensuring daily production targets are met and maintaining equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and recipe standardization for product quality. Lead innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. Develop and execute promotional campaigns and branding initiatives to enhance business visibility. Investigate B2B opportunities and develop corporate catering contracts. Analyze market trends to inform strategic business decisions. Monitor sales performance and coordinate with marketing teams for customer engagement. Supervise factory and field staff for optimal performance and professional development. Oversee fleet operations for efficient delivery and management of logistics. Liaise with the head office for strategic planning and reporting. Prepare detailed reports on factory performance and employee KPIs. Required Skills: Strong leadership in coffee shop management Experience in factory operations and hygiene standards Expertise in sales and marketing within the restaurant industry Effective management of staff and operations Ability to conduct market analyses and data-driven decision-making Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or relevant degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant business areas including Event Management, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop Minimum age of 28 years Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Benefits include T/A, mobile bill, and partially subsidized lunch facilities.
