Job Description

At Biddabari, we are excited to announce an opportunity for 20 energetic and dedicated Call Center Executives to become part of our fast-growing e-commerce operations. This position is crucial for handling customer queries, managing student admissions, driving product sales, and providing essential support to our overall business operations. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.Provide accurate information about products, services, and student admission processes.Efficiently process customer and student orders, complaints, and follow-up queries.Support sales campaigns, promotions, and confirm customer/student enrollments.Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Maintain proper call records and submit daily reports to your team leader or manager.Ensure high-quality customer service standards and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements:Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).Strong communication skills in Bangla (English will be a plus).Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.Previous call center or sales experience will be an added advantage.Must be flexible to work in Night Shifts.
