Liaise with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Requirements: Education: HSC or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 3 years in IT Enabled Service. Skills: Strong communication skills, customer support experience, CRM systems proficiency. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
